Amazing Grains is owned and operated by Craig and Teri Velardi. The Velardi family has been involved in the food industry for three generations, creating many types of foods enjoyed by many people throughout the tri-state area.
Besides sharing their baking skills and creativity, Craig holds a doctorate in naturopathy and is a master herbalist. Teri has a Bachelors of Science degree in holistic nutrition. Together, both Craig and Teri strive to make available some of the most wholesome products in offering an alternative to commercially prepared foods.
